Website Project

The website team adopted a two-pronged strategy for the project. Firstly, the team focused on refreshing the current website, enhancing its style and appearance. Secondly, the team embarked on producing a video documentary to showcase the initiatives undertaken in the community-engaged learning class.

Website

The website underwent major UI updates using the Wix platform. Its design was inspired by that of the Jisr AZ-Zarqa website, originally created for Mor Shilon's community-engaged learning class in Haifa, Israel. You can find more details about that initiative in the link provided below.

Documentary 

Alongside the website renovation came a documentary approach that focused on the community engaged learning class. This involved meeting with many community members and interviewing them to get their perspective on the class. The documentary was then edited and can be seen below.

Product 

The final product was finished the website according to the design standards set out in the beginning. Lastly the documentary was prepared and edited in order to have it be presented in the Urban Expo on the UC San Diego campus alongside the website.
