The art project involved the group reaching out to a local food business called, "Ferchiladas" and coordinating a local artist in the community to do the work. This project page is a summary of that work.
About
The project entailed the group contacting a local business and collaborating with a community-based artist to create a mural for them. Given the prevalence of impressive murals in the community, ensuring a well-designed mural was particularly significant.
Project
At one point parts of the first mural were not satisfactory for the business owner and so it was changed. So another effort in creating a mural was commenced.
Conclusion
Danny, a local artist, created the Robot mural to enhance the wall. The eye of the robot is on an outdoor light which is lit up at night and the window with the grill is presented as the robot's teeth. In the end the restaurant business owner was appreciative for the work that the art group had coordinated along with Daniel's help in getting the mural restored to a design that the owner was happy with
